Return Policy:

Thanks for your purchase from the aptitude Company Store. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you find an error please contact us as described below within 2 weeks to return or exchange the unworn, unused item(s). Be sure to verify you have ordered the correct apparel. We are not able to accept returns on custom items.

I received something other than what I ordered:
Occasionally we will ship the wrong item, color or size. Please accept our apology if this is the case, rest assured we’ll work with you to fix the problem. If you think this has happened please start by double-checking the packing slip to verify what you’ve received is incorrect. If we have made an error please contact us at the phone number or email address below. Together we’ll coordinate the shipping and replacements to your satisfaction.
